PatiWhat a great dealer Accomplish Quilting is. What other company responds (AMB Innova & their superb dealers) so quickly to our concerns. I posted a question on this board regarding my Innova last night. Didn’t want to “bother” my dealer and thought it would be better to ask here so the answers could also help others with questions. I received a call this morning from Rick at Accomplish Quilting. Thank you Rick for your quick response and for easing my concerns. I am so fortunate to have such a great dealer.

Thank you for allowing me to use one of your longarms. Our group makes quilts for the Hope Center in Nashville, TN. This is a center for homeless women, men, and children. We had no way for quilting and you gave us hope in humanity. It was my first time on a longarm and I loved it. Carol was so helpful. I can’t wait to try again. Kathi W.Just want to tell you, I know you are quality, honest people. Several years ago, you actually came to my home studio in Flint Michigan and did a mini tune up on my machine. You did quality work, and I was aghast at the modest charge. I also have, on occasion, purchased batting from you.
There are very few companies left that are trustworthy but YOU are certainly one of them. If I am ever in the market for another machine, I would be calling you first. If I could get on the freeway, "Samwise" would be on it's way to you for another timing and check up. I do tell everyone that asks, YOU are the people to deal with. Hi there,
This message is for Jeff but I also wanted to include Ashley and Randy on it. Jeff, I just wanted to thank you. I am in Gainesville, FL and you made us (Tim and Dee Gross) an amazing trade-in deal last August (2016). We had an 18" Innova that we bought used from an individual a couple of years ago. We then had the Florida dealer add Lightning Stitch and Pantovision. It never ever worked correctly. I spent so many hours with Michael, from Innova, on the phone only to end up very frustrated. I was beginning to hate that machine. Also I never got any real training on it even though I had it serviced twice. So I was about to just give up on Innova completely. We even attended Birds of a Feather in February 2016 hoping to get more information and actually possibly do a trade-in. But no one really wanted to work with us on the trade. That is to say, the trade deals we were being offered didn't make any economical sense. They were basically a rip-off. Anyway, we found you sometime in the summer (2016) and you, Julie, and Kippie made us an dream trade-in deal. I ended up with one of your refurbished machines that you actually used in the Michigan store. Scott brought it down to us all the way in Gainesville, FL. He was so very nice and knowledgeable. And he spent ALOT of time working with both myself, and my husband Tim, training us. Wow! My hope and faith in Innova was restored. So for all of that I truly thank you. I love my machine. And to add more thanks … I just came back from 3 full days of training this past weekend (Jun 22 - 24, 2017) with Ashley and Randy at the Tennessee store. Wow! They are amazing. I have not ever met two more helpful, friendly, caring, and knowledgeable people in the longarm business. I am completely serious. I just really want you to know how amazing they are. I feel so good about working on my machine now. And I also feel completely comfortable calling them on the phone, which is something I would never have done before. The dealer I did my upgrades with was nothing like you guys. So again, I truly thank you. You are my dealer and if there is anyone in the Gainesville, FL, or anywhere near me, that would like to see a machine I am always available to them and would be happy to show them my machine. Again, I just cannot thank you enough. |

My Mach 3 was not opening and I was in a pickle. Even though Accomplish Quilting was not my dealer, Eileen did absolutely everything possible, including getting in touch with AMB in Houston (please keep in mind, this is in the midst of Hurricane Harvey) to get me up and running and she did just that!
I love my Innova. BUT I love the whole company even more after this experience. Eileen, THANK YOU! To whoever answered the phone last Friday, THANK YOU! To whoever was down in Houston and helped out, THANK YOU. To put this in perspective, we are talking about people dealing with life and death in the midst of total destruction by Mother Nature, and then me getting my quilting done. WOW!!! THANK YOU ACCOMPLISH QUILTING!!! Talk about BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY. I wish this contact form offered me more space because I could go on and on!!!!
